What the check looks at
We take the area and slope figures from the manufacturer and keep a margin. A mower rated for 1,000 m² (10,760 sq ft) counts as a fit for 800 m² at most. On slopes we stay a quarter below the claim, since makers test on dry grass with a fresh battery.
Trees and roofs matter too. Mowers that steer by satellite (RTK) lose their position under a dense canopy, so we mark them down there, while camera and LiDAR models move up.
Prices are what a shop in your country charged on the date shown. US and Canadian prices are before tax, UK and Australian prices include it. We don't convert currencies, and we don't show Amazon prices because we can't keep them current.
